Your Body Can Create Your Health

What is Innate? Where is it? How do you access it? Innate is that amazing smart body, an attribute within you, which knows what you do not know about you. Innate is used for muscle testing. It is responsible for “the placebo effect”, and for spontaneous remission. It is that which has many mysteries not yet solved regarding exactly how it works.

The first mystery is that it exists at all because it is not truly understandable, and often is seen as a miracle. Some people explain that it triggers starting a cascade of healing energy. When you can have a disease that goes into a spontaneous remission so fast you would assign it as a miracle, there must be some kind of process that your body has, which Innate activated. It is truly amazing. What if Innate knows things about your body that can create an enhanced energy of miraculous, cascading healing?

Instantaneous healing is always assigned to a higher power, or to some kind of miracle. This is because there is no acknowledgment of the fact that this kind of thing might exist internally in your own body. The truth is bigger than you think: These kinds of healings are the actual chemical triggers of your own body. This has never been seen as a direct result of medicine, hence the disbelief.

However, it has been seen constantly, especially in spiritual circles, for hundreds of years. These are the things that deserve analysis, which many believe are simply not explainable. However, Innate has been doing these things in Humans for a very long time because you have asked for it, or because you needed it. These are life-saving mysteries to this day.

Innate is very unusual. Innate is part of your Soul. Think about this. It is not sequestered to your chemistry. It has to be part of the “Bigger You” for these kinds of miracle-like actions, and especially for the next attribute to be explained.

Innate obviously is something that is part of your cellular structure. It tells you all of the things that you need for your body, and so why would it be part of your Soul?”

The answer is an answer I will give about many things that you consider “body only”. Your chemistry and cellular structure are not in a prison of skin, as you often see it. Your body is huge, and it has a field that extends way beyond 3D. Do you really think your consciousness comes from your brain? No animal on Earth “ponders its existence.” Only Humans do that. You are part of a much larger system than you think.

Let us go slowly. Part of profound healing is getting beyond the blocks that you have had from past lives. Let us say it again. Part of profound healing is dealing with the blocks that have come with you from past lives. A subconscious “remembering mechanism” sometimes comes in with your current life from past-life experience. It is often called “Rewriting the codes. Where did the codes come from? Many are with you from birth – from the Akashic memory of past lives.

There is a lot of clearing that must be done for the healing of these blocks. Quite often, these are the blocks, plus other ones from your current upbringing, which keep healing from happening quickly. So, think about it: There has to be an energy that knows you and works with your subconscious to make anything happen. It must be an energy that knows what these blocks are, an energy that may have even been with you when the blocks occurred in a past life. Welcome to the amazing mystery of Innate. Innate must be part of your Soul because it knows about those blocks, dear ones. Innate, therefore, is multi-dimensional.

If you start to think that Innate might be something far grander and more powerful than simple body intelligence, you are on the path to a greater truth. Indeed, Innate might be a Soul partner: It comes in with you with some very, very interesting “awareness of your personal attributes”. Having Innate as part of something bigger explains how it might work.

Let me give you something else to think about: There are some women listening to or reading this now who have a genomic situation, and when they learn about it, it is frightening. They will find out they may have an inherited disease that seems to come with the genes at birth somehow. They will say: “My mother died of it; my sister died of it; and I’m afraid of it”. Bless you, if you are one of these women, for this is something that sits upon your consciousness, perhaps sits upon your very innermost thoughts. These are things that you awaken to and wonder if this situation may visit you.

Healings are accomplished many times that will remove the ancestral DNA or genome attribute that would cause that disease. Did you get that? In order for this to work for you, and be removed from your genome forever, the process has to come out of your past so completely that it affects even the lineage that you have. That is far more than a chemical healing. It is almost as if rewriting part of your lineage – yet the Innate can do it, and does, regularly.

There are some of you who know I am right because you have had all that dysfunctional genomic chemistry eliminated through profound healings that you have generated yourself, through your consciousness, through cognizing the process of talking to your cells.

Therefore, a woman who says, “Dear Innate, break my ancestral disease link so that I will not get the disease”, starts the process of working with the blocks from her past-life genealogy. If she can cognize this and is successful – are you ready for this? – the link will also be broken in her existing and future children. The inherited negative genes stop here!

And the question is: can Innate really do that? Yes. You are in charge of all things biological. It is a command to Innate because Innate is there as a Soul partner to do the things that you are awakening to and beginning to understand. You are understanding how to be able to speak to Innate. Is that too much to understand?

The new energy of the planet is starting to enhance the awakening process for many, and they are starting to see how much more there is to their inner structure and the interaction of their spiritual selves to their biological selves.

You are awakening to your power, you might say, to control your own body. Moreover, part of this is that there are dysfunctional ancestral links that you can stop right now. So, how big do you think Innate is now? It knows your biological ancestry. It also knows your Akashic Record. It is a Soul partner that comes in with you.

Two more items that you should know about: The Innate has some attributes that you normally assign to Spirit itself. Number One: Innate is quiet. You never know it is there until you awaken to its presence and start working with it. It is an interesting thing that would come in with you, yet be silent, isn’t it? You would think that Innate would arrive ready to help and start working with you immediately. However, if you say nothing, nothing happens.

If you sit in a restaurant and never order food, it never comes. It is an odd thing, is it not, to go to a restaurant repeatedly, simply sit at the table, and then leave later? Welcome to humanism because that is what you have been doing. You have been coming to that place, wishing to have the healing, never understanding there is a menu in front of you called Innate.

Innate will do no healing until you awaken to a place where you know you can work together to make it happen. Think of that for a moment. It explains why a Human can go into despair, or fear, or the real attributes of feeling they are a victim of life – and never know about the menu of Innate. If that is you, now you know.

Here is the final attribute, a sobering one, and one that happens all the time: You order the wrong thing from the restaurant’s menu! Innate obeys your passionate instructions. Many are using the “menu” all the time and do not know it. If you say, “Innate, I want to be sick tomorrow”, you will be sick tomorrow. Innate has no judgment. It has no filters. It is here to serve you.

When you fear disease and say, “I’m going to catch that. I know it!” or “I wonder if I have that disease I saw on the commercial on TV last night? I think I do!” This is energy given to the menu of Innate. So, in your life, if you are afraid of catching every disease that might be out there, Innate will make sure you do. Did you hear me? This is that Soul partner that does what you ask, dear ones.

 It does what it sees you are interested in! Hypochondriacs are invested in concentrating most of their efforts on worrying about the diseases – that, unknown to them, they are ordering on the menu.

Think about your words when you are at home alone. What instructions are you giving to Innate with the things that you say? When you say, “Oh, I knew that would happen. Only bad things are happening to me. I wonder what’s going to happen tomorrow … some more bad things, perhaps.” Innate will line it up for you and make certain you receive what you verbalized.

For those who would say, “All manner of bad things happen to me all the time. So, is this just me thinking this, or is that really true?” Yes, it is true. It is because you have brought it to you with your words and expectations. Did you ever think of that?

Maybe it is time to go to that restaurant, pick up that magnificent menu of healing, and create a wonderful, purposefully worded order. It would be an order that you will not ever, ever forget. It is done with your affirmative expectations and your verbalizations to others.

One of the things on that menu, at the top, in big letters is this: I am magnificent. Here are the magnificent things: Number one: I am not a victim. Number two: I was born magnificent. Number three: I have a Soul partner called Innate that was built to heal, help, and bring me into the magnificence of who I am. Number four: It is waiting for my order. What a concept.

It seems mysterious, actionable, and doable. Until now, it is there in front of you, and many have discovered this and know about Innate and the magic that can be yours.

Are you living in reality? Marilyn was not even aware that she was not in reality. Many people are living in a fear-based life that is an illusion. Her fantasy was based in following the model of her parents who were not authentic. Her father was an alcoholic and her  mother was mentally ill.  Her mother remarried a man sicker than she was. The family wore masks that everything was fine while they were suffering within from trauma, fear, abuse, and abandonment.

 

They looked very good at work, school, and church. Marilyn graduated as valedictorian, had seven years of college to teach school, soloed with a symphony, and dressed stylish. She was dying inside. Her family was too sick to be there for her, they were barely there themselves. There was not talk, no trust, no feelings in her home. Marilyn was not guided through life with support or answers to life situations. She had to look to others for how did they do it. Marilyn read every book she could looking for answers.

 

Because she was in survival from all the abuse, mistakenly, she tried to control her life, so she would not get hurt again. Marilyn did not know how to handle situations differently.

She went to church for 50 years and her husband was trying to kill her. Marilyn was trying suicide and the doctor said she was dying. She did not know how to change the hell she was enduring trying to look good to others.   

 

Coming home from a vacation her irate husband had begun to drink again and he was driving in a manic state trying to kill them. Marilyn prayed", Please help me I really do not want to die". Shortly, she found out about that he was an alcoholic and about a program called Al-anon, which is for the family and friends of an alcoholic. At her first meeting, the people were laughing and having a good time. Marilyn did not understand how they could be so happy. The meeting seemed foreign to her. They were talking, but she did not understand the message. Fortunately, they told her to keep coming back. Thank goodness she did.

 

Years later, Marilyn has moved into reality and out of the disease, past trauma, PTSD, and abuse. Attending spiritual groups changed her life. She had to change to attract the life she always wanted. Moving out of fear, resentments, and old beliefs has been a long process, but well worth it. Leaving the past drama, mistreatment, and abandonment behind is not easy. However, with spiritual principles to replace the past misunderstandings about life brought gradual relief and sanity. Her life today is a love-based life and the past is no longer triggered. Her psychiatrist declared Marilyn sane, several years ago.

 

Marilyn shares her experiences as she learned to work through her fears into her Creator's love. THE ORIGIN OF ADHD

US American psychiatrist, Leon Eisenberg, born in 1922 as the son of Russian Jewish Immigrants, who was the “Scientific father of ADHD” said at the age or 87 in his last interview, “ADHD is a prime example of a fictitious disease.” Since 1968, Leon Eisenberg’s “disease” was expressed in the diagnostic and statistical manuals, first as “hyperkinetic reaction of childhood”, now called “ADHD”.

 Fortunately, the Swiss National Advisory Commission on Biomedical Ethics (NEK, President: Otfried Höffe) critically commented on the use of the ADHD drug Ritalin in its opinion of 22 November 2011. The NDK criticized that it amounted to interference in the child’s freedom and personal rights, because pharmacological agents induced behavioral changes but failed to educate the child on how to achieve these behavioral changes independently. The child was deprived of an essential learning experience to act autonomously and emphatically which “considerably curtails their freedom and impairs their personality development.

 Have groups marketed the diagnosis of ADHD in the service of pharmaceutical markets and tailor-made propaganda and public relations? The issue led to the investing of “financial ties” between DSM-IV Panel Members and the Pharmaceutical Industry that became a study by the American psychologist Lisa Cosgrove and others. They found that “Of the 170 DSM panel members 95 (56%) had one or more financial associations with companies in the pharmaceutical industry.

 In addition, they found that one hundred percent of the members of the panels on ‘Mood Disorders’ and ‘Schizophrenia and Other Psychotic Disorders’ had financial ties to drug companies. Today the very vocabulary of psychiatry is now defined at all levels by the pharmaceutical industry assert Dr Irwin Savodnik, an assistant clinical professor of psychiatry at the University of California at Los Angeles.

 One well-paid example being investigated is The Assistant Director of the Pediatric Psychopharmacology Unit at Massachusetts General Hospital and Associate Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School.  When Ritalin was developed, they needed a market and then declared this behavior needed the drug they wanted to sell. The task of psychologists, educators, and doctors is not to put children on chemicals for their conduct. Placing children in the hands of a pharmaceutical market because the entire society cannot handle the products of its misguided theories of man and raising children is a form of insanity.

 In the United States, every tenth boy among ten year-olds swallows an ADHD medication on a daily basis. It is easier to make the child the blame of all the home problems. Let us return to the basic matter of personal psychology and education where the child is to acquire personal responsibility and appropriate behavior under sensible guidance – and that takes the family and the schools. My experience from a family member is that the child's behavior is his/her scapegoat reactions to a dysfunctional home environment as alcoholism or other chronic addictions.

What You Don't Know Can Hurt You!

Is your life in turmoil around you? Are you confused about your existence? Remember the song, Row, Row Your Boat. Did you know you have been living in a dream? What we know today has been altered to keep you from not knowing the truth. In fact, it is opposite, deceptive, and even lies. We have not been living in reality.

Maybe it is time to wake up and hear information that has been withheld for centuries and longer. The dream has kept us in a mental prison of fear. There were no bars physically, but emotionally you have been within the box of darkness from fear. Are you ready to leave the fear programmed basis for life we have been experiencing for years. Are you ready to walk into the light of reality?  

When I was a child in the 40's there was a radio program with a ventriloquist named Edgar Bergen. His dummy named Mortimer Snerd was not as popular as his more famous Charlie McCarthy puppet. I listened to Mortimer Snerd sing many times to a tune, It pays to be Ignorant, to be dumb to be dense to be ignorant, just like me. As an impressionable child in a home where there was no guidance or information for growing up. I took this advice to heart and kept my head in the sand like an ostrich for much of my life. Until, one day being ignorant became a disease. 

In the past, no one recognized that alcoholism is a family disease and is passed through the generations, even skipping generations. I was a sitting duck and did not know it. Living in domestic violence, mental illness, abuse, and tram, my anxiety was overwhelming. I went for help .

 About forty-five years ago, I ended up in a treatment center from addiction to medications from the psychiatrist. I was told that the pills were chemically the same in the body as alcohol. My new information was that I had a disease. I was told that I was dying. It got my attention. This woke me up, fast. 

 In the forties, no one talked about alcoholism as a disease. When I was told, that I had a medical problem, I popped out of my denial, quickly. My first question was how do you heal this sickness. I could not change what I did not know was the problem. I had to come out of my dream and wake up to facing the facts. 

Now I had an answer to why my life was so difficult. I never emotionally grew up because of my childhood fears.. I did not know I was walking in a fog of immaturity and not in reality while being drugged with prescriptions that kept me out of reality. I learned that there is an answer. I quickly woke up wanting to find the solution. Thank goodness, the center integrated the 12 steps of recovery into their program for healing. 

Even though I had gone to church for 50 years, I did not have a conscious contact with God or a Higher Power. I was operating from my head in deep survival that was not open to understanding the dynamics of life or growing up. When the doctor at the center told me I was dying, I already had heard my inner voice tell me the same thing. 

I had to find answers or else. I became eager for information that would save my life. Hearing that I had a disease, began my search for answers that opened more doors than just for healing my medical condition. Through my search and research I found answers to the lies with which we have bee programmed for centuries. My many books reveal the truths and information I never heard from my dysfunctional family, religion school, government, or medicine . Fortunately, I had an insatiable curiosity and I had read many biographies looking for answers, but none ever addressed my problems. Stopping the prescriptions and not drinking alcohol was my first step into truth. How do I grow up, and no longer be a victim in a dysfunctional family? I was in survival from years of ill-treatment and neglect. 

 A simple statement of Trust God, Clean House, and Help Others brought new ideas that really worked. Never trusting my parents who were mentally ill, I found it difficult to trust a beneficent energy of the universe that created everything and is within everything. I was taught a person would save me from all the problems. I realized that my religion did not teach that. 

Today, I understand that my religion taught co-dependency. Recognizing that I was locked into a co-dependent marriage, explained that I wanted someone to save me. Ultimately, I had to trust my heart where my answers come through intuition, spiritual information, and others on the path into growing. Nowadays, I start my day with meditation for my daily answers. 

Next came, clean house. This did not mean get out the vacuum, but to clear out my inner house filled with fear, guilt, shame, judgment, resentments, and pessimism from past abuse. I was in the dark called depression without any light to show me the way. As I released the barriers I had built protecting me growing up, I actually was stopping the sunlight light from shinning that shows me the way. I have spent many hours releasing these negative messages, emotions, and behaviors that came from survival and fear. Learning to forgive my abusers and myself was not easy. It has taken years to leave the past which is history and live in the moment which is a gift and why it is called THE PRESENT. 

Through clearing out the past, fears, and old beliefs that do not serve me, I have grown beyond being a powerless victim. I am available to help others. Service work is the way to continue growing with the benefit of it also helping me. What I contribute, participate in, and contributes is my focus today. I am no longer the empty, scared little girl afraid of life. I have to give it away to keep it. . Learning that "We are here to help others" has brought me many gifts and blessings. 

 I found another informative piece of understanding that makes my life priceless. Learning HOW it works has brought real answers for my transformation from being the helpless. hopeless, victim. H is for honesty with myself. I was in denial about life living from others advice, experts, or authority figures. I was not living my life, but how I was told to live by my parents, religion, medicine, government, and organizations. Their answers were not my path. I found my path that allows me to make decisions that support my real life purpose and allows me to be true to myself. 

 O for open-mindedness taught me to learn new information and responses, discard old, unviable beliefs, and find a Higher Power for the love and safety that I was missing. Being open to new ideas was revolutionary. I found the real me within and not the one who was programmed to be fearful, powerless, a victim, an hopeless.. 

Lastly, the W is for willingness to change me. Learning that life is an inside job, I became open to experiencing love. Love is an expression of the willingness to create space in which something is allowed to change... Releasing my past harms to live in the moment with forgiveness was necessary to be in reality. I changed from being a fear-based person into a love-based person. I moved from my head into my heart. 

I did not know that my filters from past tribulations blocked my vision of reality. Today, they are gone and sincerity shines in my heart glowing and extending to others. With forbearance, I now live in reality that is inner peace, where all is good. It is called the Presence of God. I could not sustain life or give away what I did not have. The best part is that 40 years later I am still alive. Now coming from my heart, I can finally say that my life could not be better.

Culture is about unworthiness Life is about joy

When I was looking for help with anxiety, my life changed forever. My inquisitiveness began when I became addicted to prescriptions from my psychiatrist. I hope sharing my story might bring a new perspective to others. My insatiable curiosities lead me to research the trail leading me from my difficult and traumatic life into a new life style that is incredible. My search for answers in my life opened up Pandora's Box. In treatment, I found mind and mood medications combined with alcohol are six time the effect and inhibited my recovery.

 Information is now being revealed that is breaking down the old barriers and allowing truth to surface for real understanding. This brings new perceptions and knowledge.My investigations and experiences of life's complexities for answers resulted in my blog, books, articles, websites, 2 radio shows, and over 200 Youtubes videos. Revelation into current subjects is bringing truthful insight on topics like vaccinations, religion, education, government and more. These awarenesses reach beyond governmental influence, media’s distorted reporting, and erroneous information. Through searching, I found that they are all ingredients in a bigger story. It conveys new insights into issues now being currently exposed, with new answers still to come.

 I found that what inspires and pulls me forward is what enhances a loving world. I established my pathway for answers in holistic health, alternative medicine, empowerment, meditation, , inspiration, and Quantum Physics. In my recovery, it became necessary to find nontoxic ways to move beyond my dilemma.

 Most everyone has been deceived and manipulated from a paradigm of fear in medical, political, and religion. World events are designed for evolving into world domination that is called The New World Order, creating a vision for control, manipulation, and depopulation. I learned to trust myself rather than the indoctrination saturating the typical information sources. I had to take that step of faith to trust myself and my inner knowing rather than the news, experts, politicians, dogma, and even doctors.

 Through my craze for answers, I came to understand that the root cause of my life dilemma came from the programming of our culture. This opened the doors for understanding beyond the typical thoughts to a deeper understanding for the origin and basis that brought our society to its current problems.  Sadly, the spiritual path of our lives is often ignored, denied, or disregarded. The Dark forces are in opposition to truth and honesty. During the centuries, the Dark Forces suppressed the Universal Laws that were taught in the Lemurian monasteries from the common people. Therefore, the people could not regain their personal power as "Children of the Light". The darkness of fear has kept us victims, oppressed, and in debt. Transforming our lives from fear into love reveals the light for truth to come forward. This is the answer. With awareness, people know that the light of truth obliterates falseness. Finding we have the same power as the universal Creator manifests a life of joy, caring, and extending help to others. This new attitude brings a more fulfilling life absent of the depressing forces.

My new focus is not about material wealth and possessions, but in attracting joy, love, and caring. We are able to transform our lives into a being of forgiveness, compassion, and caring. We can reclaim our humanness, sovereign, and authenticity. I discovered that I am a spiritual being having a human life.  The Divine Plan is for all beings to have this experience of Love, of joy, and of peace. We were originally given the gift and ability to have free will and choice.

No longer do I live off the past, but I choose to live in the moment. In reality, I was born a worthy person, with the inheritance of a beneficent Creator This offers me the presence of love and peace in my life. Fourscore and seven years ago our fathers brought forth upon this continent a new nation, conceived in liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal … that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom — and that government OF the PEOPLE, BY the PEOPLE, FOR the PEOPLE, shall not perish from the earth.

Transitions are necessary to dissolve the old structures and beliefs that no longer serve us. This process of dissolution allows a new beginning to commence, filled with potential and opportunities for personal, spiritual, and inner exploration is our path. Many are standing up for their constitutional rights. They are sacrificing much, in order to leave the arrangement of oppression behind, not to continue being ill-treated in a life of total control and complete victimization by the elite domination.

Information is now being revealed that is breaking down the old barriers and allowing truth to surface for real understanding. Revelation into current subjects is bringing truthful insight on topics like vaccinations, religion, education, government and more.

I established my pathway for answers in holistic health, alternative medicine, empowerment, meditation, inspiration, and Quantum Physics. World events are designed for evolving into world domination that is called The New World Order, creating a vision for control, manipulation, and depopulation. When I was looking for help with anxiety, my life changed forever. My inquisitiveness began when I became addicted to prescriptions from my psychiatrist. I hope sharing my story might bring a new perspective to others. My insatiable curiosities lead me to research the trail leading me from my difficult and traumatic life into a new life style that is incredible. My search for answers in my life opened up Pandora's Box. In treatment, I found mind and mood medications combined with alcohol are six time the effect and inhibited my recovery.

 

Information is now being revealed that is breaking down the old barriers and allowing truth to surface for real understanding. This brings new perceptions and knowledge.My investigations and experiences of life's complexities for answers resulted in my blog, books, articles, websites, 2 radio shows, and over 200 Youtubes videos. Revelation into current subjects is bringing truthful insight on topics like vaccinations, religion, education, government and more. These awarenesses reach beyond governmental influence, media’s distorted reporting, and erroneous information. Through searching, I found that they are all ingredients in a bigger story. It conveys new insights into issues now being currently exposed, with new answers still to come.

 

I found that what inspires and pulls me forward is what enhances a loving world.
